Cultural
integration
Culture is
a major component of the company and it is vital for management to be able to
deal with such by providing communication. If the management succeeds in making
the culture recognizable as a major challenge and being able to deal with it,
then same desired goal will be achieved.
Corporate
culture
It is
advisable to have representative from both companies to allow representation of
all views, this will help in recognizing external insights in identifying
culture and this should be discussed regularly in meetings. Once the
representative from both companies have managed to deal cultural differences
then it is important to focus on the companies objectives, educating employees
who have not yet worked together about culture so that they become able to work
together and achieve same desired goals.
In doing so
this will help improve cultural beliefs and blend around effective and

companies should build good communication between employees of diffrerent cultures and races.this can also be done by taking their employees out to team buildings to help them connect better so they can meet the objections of the company.
